This Website Privacy Policy covers stayputalarm.com, including website forms such as Support and Feedback. It is separate from the StayPut App Privacy Policy, which covers the StayPut iOS and iPadOS app.

StayPut is operated by Kangift Ltd.

Information you submit

If you voluntarily submit a website form, you may provide information such as your name, email address, message or feedback contents, subject, and any other information you choose to include.

Please do not include passwords, authentication credentials, payment information, or other sensitive information in support or feedback messages.

How submitted information is used

StayPut may process information submitted through website forms to respond to your enquiry or feedback, provide support, investigate reported issues, review suggestions, administer the service, and send service-related communications.

StayPut may also use submitted information to send StayPut product news and announcements where you have opted in or where this is otherwise legally permitted, and for broader StayPut marketing communications where appropriate and permitted.

Marketing use is separate from simply responding to an enquiry. Sending a support or feedback message does not automatically mean you are subscribed to marketing communications.

Website and email service providers

Information submitted through website forms may be stored and processed using StayPut's website and backend service providers, including Google Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure.

Email communications may be sent using third-party email delivery infrastructure, such as Resend or similar providers.

Retention

Submitted information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, administration, legal or compliance purposes, and permitted marketing purposes.

Your choices

You can request deletion or correction of personal information you have submitted through the website, subject to any legal or administrative need to retain certain records.
